I am really happy to have found this! I used to do Tai Chi, but since I tore the ligaments in my knee, my doctor told me I couldn’t. I’m glad to have found a way to practice now. I’ll be ordering your DVD come payday.
I have a question, is chi like another source of energie?
@Angelwings6843
chi is also spell as qi – it is the life energy inside you. traditionnal chinese medicine believes qi is the life force, the stronger qi the healthier you would be.
Ooops?does it work? for anyone who are suffering from knee osteo-arthritis? you can’t even lift up your legs for too lone…how does taichi helps you if you happens to be in pain?Its really a myth? taichi for arthritis? it won’t help u anyway , Ok! believe me! better do qigong than taichi!
is great teaching taiji to people with disability because taiji is also part of qigong family and is efective for building energy
Great Method !
